Tri Me 2.0

YOU DIDN'T THINK I'D GIVE UP THAT EASY, DID YOU?

Well, I kind of did but I don't look at it that way.

I've learnt a lot through my training - not just about triathlon but the hidden gems that revolved around attitude, perseverance, patience and self love. It might sound corny but the fact I was able to reach the decision of leaving the sport before I'd had a chance to 'test my efforts' and not feel guilt or failure is almost a measurement of success, in my eyes.

What's next...

I've been up for the challenge of going into something fresh. Along the theme of triathlons, being a multisport event was definitely something that compelled me to stay so motivated. I like the fact there were different elements to master, as well as using the fact that I have strengths and weaknesses, giving myself a platform for positivity in training, without thinking that I'm not progressing at all.

Lockdown is still occurring so what better time to pursue training and I can't wait to get started and share my new experiences.
